Description: The Wellness Chalk has been found to be wonderful for helping to improve blood circulation, balance acidity, detoxify the body and cleanse the skin. It consists of 98% calcium and a range of mineral nutrients including magnesium, iron, aluminum, and phosphor compounds.

Instructions For Use:

1. Body Wrap: Mix 350g (12.5oz) of the chalk with warm water until smooth. The temperature should be approximately 40C (104F) Apply to the entire body then wrap the body in a non-breathable plastic material. Leave on for around 40 minutes then remove with hot wet towels. The results can be seen and felt immediately. Finish with Moor Spa Body Lotion. Use Moor Spa Contour Cream on cellulite prone areas.

2. Facial Peeling: Take 100 - 150g of the Wellness Chalk. Add warm or cold water and stir it to a thick cream. Apply this cream smoothly on the face, like any other mask. Avoid the lips and eyes. After 5 - 10 minutes, when the mask is completely dry, you can start removing the mask. Rub off the mask slowly and carefully.

3. Bath: For a smooth stabilisation of the acid alkaline balance, mix 350g with warm water to smooth liquid consistency and than add to the bath. You can add a Moor Spa Aromabalnce blend or some Himalayan Crystal Salt to enhance the experience. Stay in the bath for approx. 20 minutes.
